Collect and normalize cost and technical data to develop cost estimating relationships and design cost estimating methods. Apply advanced statistical techniques, normalize data, perform multivariate regression analysis, risk analysis, cost improvement curve analysis, and inflation techniques to provide accurate and defensible cost estimates for space systems.
Perform complex analyses of projects using Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, program schedule analysis, technical performance metrics analysis, and integrated performance and financial management analysis to ensure effective insight into the accomplishment of mission requirements for space systems, including ground systems, communications, launch, operations and maintenance, and facilities.
